He's a huge reason for why I hate Boston. Also Pierce is like the biggest flopper in the league (out of the players that are actually good at least) after Ginobli... And the only type of shots he can make are either lay ups, or wide opened jumpers/set shots, or that completely fucking ridiculous step-back jumper that he does near the freethrow line in which he doesn't even take a step, he actually HOPS back, and should be called for a carry every single fucking time he even tries it, but it never happens. God I hate the celtics... =( I really like Rondo though! the guy can't shoot, but he goes out there to play basketball the way it's meant to be played. Fast paced unselfish offense, and hard, tight, slightly dirty defense. | ||

Tomorrow (I'm tired now), I'll tell you guys some funny Paul Pierce stories, because I met him this summer + saw him play pick up games + work out a lot at HAX (gym in LA) .. funny stuff, stay tuned tomorrow. but ya, euros are fucking king at flopping. | ||

I converted my game to try to get people involved, but at the end of the day, to be honest, this is the same team since three years ago. We added a couple of pieces, but everybody else is basically the same player. I'm sitting here thinking 'Do I have to go in attack mode like I was two years ago to get us over this hump?' I hope not. I hope we're strong enough mentally that we can get over this. It all fits with Gill's personality: he always feels like the greatest player ever, wrongly persecuted by everyone. If only his genius were allowed free reign and everyone would bow down and stop picking on him for being short... Sigh... | ||
