- It's your first ever finals ▶ I always thought of the Starleague in terms of stages and rounds. Other player seemed to be the most excited and happy when they won in the semifinals. When I was a rookie, the scenes of players advancing to the finals from the semifinals left a strong impression with me. I wanted it to be me in that place, and I accomplished that today.
- You took care of Stork easily. ▶ Coming into the game, I sometimes thought I would lose. I decided that even if I do lose, I would to do the things I wanted, to do everything I prepared. So I went in with my mind at ease. That helped me attack well. At first, when the matchups were decided last week, I though tI would win. But preparing along with Proleague was very tough. Yesterday I was joking around with Savior about this and that. I'm happy to win 3-0, because I feel that my win over Savior is justified.
- You opened with 2-fac for all three sets. ▶ I actually prepared 2-fac for all five sets. I was pretty nervous [using a risky strategy]. I prepared 2-fac openings so that win or lose, I made my move before Carriers were in the air. Once carriers join ground forces, they're unstoppable, so I wanted to end the games earlier.
- The moment you clinched victory, what did you think? ▶ When all of Stork's dragoons died and his probes came out, I realized I won. But I felt sorry to see him dismayed.
- It's your first finals since debuting. ▶ I once heard that as you get older, it costs more and more to miss a chance. If you can't win a finals it only becomes harder next time. This finals has come at a crucial time. I've set my goals to win a finals at 22 years old.
- What was the most difficult moment getting to the finals? ▶ While I was preparing for the semis, I thought that facing Stork would be the hardest. But afterwards, I realized that in the end playing Savior was most difficult.
- Who would you like to face in the finals. ▶ I think it would be fun to play Flash. He's been gettings wins over all the players with strong reputations these days. But I feel that if you want people to say you have a strong TvT, you have to beat me first. I havn't even had a chance to play him in private.
- What are your goals going into the finals. ▶ A finals appearance has been my one desire for the entire three years of my gaming career. Reaching this stage has not been easy at all. I pour all my passion into this, and whoever my opponent is, they cannot match my passion. I will be a player who can back up his words.

Great interview I love what was said about the older you get the more difficult it is to win a finals. Makes sense because the more exposed you are the easier it is for players to adapt to your style.

Iris so does deserve this. After last seasons semi finals... And I think its nice that he and Savior still can fool around. Iris really has no weaknesses. He's feared TvT, even says it himself. He rolled over the most dominating PvT player this season 3-0. And there's the final victory over Savior, his team mate, and considered the best Zerg in the world. GGPlay's on fire, though - better to not underestimate him!
THERE's my boy! Isn't it amazing what he has been doing lately? Seems he has no weak MU throw anyone vs him and he will give nice games. I'm sure we will all see some good ones soon with GGplay ^^
