I think it's more confidence/honesty than arrogance. Consider how most people who answer the following

savior[gm] : I’ll be brief. I didn’t like my ID so I thought for a long time for a new one and by chance I just thought this would be good so I changed it~

Cant blame anyone, some progamers change their ID's quite commonly. And he doesnt even use Savior anymore for tv games, so should we call him MaJaeYoon only? : [

I actually really respect Savior, even more after this interview... He's very straight up, no sugar-coating kind of guy. He's genuine, with none of that false modesty... He doesn't care that other people may not like his attitude; he just wants to be the best... What a guy

The translation is great except this question has something left out from it?

Instead, he was asking "can you explain about your 'vs Jju-the rolling-neck rape' and 'vs Pusan- the Yawn rape.' how did you come about doing the 'rolling neck ceremony?'
I just wanted to make this part clear this because this is hilarious. All of us know Jju rolls his neck after his victories (Jju claims that it's not a ceremony but his habit). Savior beat Jju on the last day of regular season, because he wanted to demoralize the Khan and lift his teams spirits up, he mimicked Jju's neck rolling.
The Yawn rape, obivously is something that fans made up because before playing Pusan in the Gom MSL final game of ro 16, Savior yawned, and people were making a big deal out of it. Savior didn't do that to show Pusan up so he probably doesn't even remember .

The question was:

His answer is more like: Yeah but... it looks like they're portraying me as the bad guy. (he's a bit disappointed that he's playing the bad guy role) however it's fun.

When the guy asks do you prefer East or West, that's asking if he likes watching porn with White girls in it or Asian girls. That's why the interviewer says this is a difficult question to answer. (what kind of question is this? was the translation but I believe more clear is "this is a difficult question to answer") Savior, (prude or pretending, he doesn't sound like he understands the question) says that he hasn't thought much about it but he doesn't mind either?
Then this part isn't translated but the interviewer says 과연 서지훈선수와 같은 팀이다보니...
which means "indeed.... because you are Xellos' teammate (you don't care White/Asian you will watch all kinds of porn)... We all know Xellos is also known as the masturbation Terran.
