Not sure what BEIGEI is, but BaiGei = "白给“ which basically means a freebie. It's is a popular meme term in the Chinese SC2 community referring to players who donate games without putting up much resistance.

Example usage:

理赔难就是个白给。

Translation: Li Peinan (TIME) is a BaiGei.

She qualified for GSL season 3 in the first day ^^ 2-0 TOP, 2-0 Fantasy, 1-2 Maru and 2-1 Fantasy in the lower bracket. Pret-ty good if you ask me. Congrats!
