IRC is old-school and ezpzy, but it mostly relies on which irc-client you're using as a channel-operator (and there are a lot of shitty or non-free clients), what server you're using (e.g. quakenet with Q-bot or plain), or how good your knowledge in slashcommands is. I have no clue how it might be on Skype though, I use Skype once every 2 years give or take a few days. | ||
