All Trap would have had to do is micro properly since he had a robo and made a prism first. And you could see TY fall apart during the game (he let the pylon at his ramp live so Trap could warp in, he let the reactor burn down, he let a random immortal kill a barracks and some SCVs, he never killed the prism, etc.) so I'm not even sure he could have executed a 1-base all-in properly in that situation. If that was game 1 I think he would have had the composure to deal with that whole situation better, but not with pressure like that. But TY looked off today in general. Although Trap played quite well, if TY played just a bit better, he could have won 3-0. And I think when he looks back at this match he probably regrets not focusing the prism on King Sejong Station more than whatever happened in game 5. | ||

Nah it wasn't just the maps. TY wasn't at his best today. As much as I hate to admit it and as much as I wanted him to win the whole tournament, today Trap deserved to win. Yeah, the build on Dasan Station was incredibly abusive (read: Protoss bullshit), but TY completely fell apart trying to handle it while Trap remained calm and made all the right decisions. | ||

It's tough to say if this is harder or easier than Solar - viOlet - ShoWTimE. I'm gonna go with slightly easier because TY hates Protoss and with this he could advance without playing one. Oh by the way all our boys are gonna be playing in the Korean WESG qualifiers this weekend. All the big names are gonna be in it so it'll be hard to qualify. | ||

I think he is fine as long as he doesn't have to pull of a clutch situation. Against Trap it was in the last game that he really messed up, same in the GSL finals he looked amazing until he was 1 game of losing. If he's up 2-0 or 3-1 in a series he will always win I believe | ||
