I think practicing really really hard and diligently vs Rogue should pay off in dividends once you face off vs Dark. I would say both Dark and Rogue have a similar skill set as far as tip top level Zerg players go. Just iron out the wrinkles in your early game TvZ (scouting more thoroughly and reacting accordingly) and you should be well on your way to a GSL Finals!!! Maru Fighting!! | ||

Only reason Rogue has been ending his ZvT's early is because his late-game ZvT is not on point, and his form is nowhere close to being on par with the likes of Maru in the late-game at this moment in time. He admitted that himself in his interview after beating Maru. I would say Dark's real strength is being able to comfortably get into the late-game regardless what is thrown his way - and yes, he might be the best in the world at coming back from a disadvantageous position in the ZvT MU. I suppose the Raven/Viking changes could really have a major impact on the TvZ late-game, seeing as they are scheduled to go live before the Maru vs Dark encounter. Let's just hope this isn't enough to really swing things into the Zerg's favour. | ||
