Maru just has everything needed to be the best. He's smart in his decisions, plays very decicive, has top notch mechanics. Great player, looking very close to the finished article right now.

i'm really happy that maru is showing the potential in broadcasted matches after holding #1 on ladder for the latter half of last season :D although he is still dropping more games than i would like, going 2-1 in everything so far haha

well he still goes for very risky builds here and there. This 2rax reaper opening is very weak against the builds used these days in TvT.
But he only seems to lose in BO lose situations it seems.

Agreed. Dropping from being best protoss to be just mediocore protoss. Nice evolve. Look at Maru he is fucking only player in galaxy to play with no hellbats in TvT and is still kicking ass left and right (in all matchups), Prime can't be too bad for him.

Tbh, even though I'm not fan of him, he really was crazy good. He had better micro than any other protoss I can think of, almost unbeatable PvT (Only Marineking was on equal footing with him, and well Mvp with his godmode preparing) and his PvZ well took a while for people to even beat his soultrain once.

At least Maru would earn more than what he's making now, if he is getting a salary at all.
