When Stephano starts losing now and again: criticism
This is like the most logical thing I've ever heard ( I mean read but you know ). Nobody is bashing him or anything, just some positive criticism and no blind fanboyism.

Is it confirmed that Stephano is going to IEM Katowice? AFAIK Nerchio qualified via being Polish ESL Champion and so does not take up one of the Top 7 qualifying place, so it goes down to 8th place which is Stephano.

It is yet not confirmed in Liquipedia, but you are right - Nerchio should get the seed as the Polish champion, thus allowing Stephano to take the last seed from the qualifier.

Kaelaris confirmed this on twitter, cba to link it though

yup indeed,
James Carrol @Kaelaris
So turns out, now that @AcerNerchio won EPS Poland (and thus has 2 spots for IEM), it means that @EGStephanoRC gets a spot for #IEM Katowice
lucky Ilyes!

Great news! Now we have to make sure Stephano himself knows about this :D

I don't think he should go to IEM, just too many zergs there for him...

He should go. It is another Tournament to try and win. He made the effort to battle his way through all the qualification games. Seems silly to waste that effort now he actually has a place there.

After going 1-2 against Mill.Feast in the first game Stephanos now fighting against GoOdy over at: http://twitch.tv/taketvbstream tune in and cheer for the boy!

Some really hard supply blocks :x Too bad because injections and creep spread are good

When you remember him owning korean protoss and now he's losing against Feast etc... it's really depressing Still a fan though, I hope he'll be as scary as before !

NOOOOOO, super late game terran is incredibly annoying.

Well he dident have to throw all this bank into trying to break Goody's front line defence.

Stephano advanced to the second round of groups. He seemed to dominate that last BO3 against feast. He doesnt play again until friday.

Ummm you realize he almost all killed the korean team 1 or 2 weeks ago...?
Very little has changed since then.
Feast and Goody are capable of taking games off koreans and players of Stephano's caliber, especially if they take them off guard or the better player is off their game for any reason. See Goody vs MMA for example. You can't expect him to win 100% of the time vs non-korean/low level korean players... I don't think you realize how hard that is even if you are one of the best players in the game.
Still same Stephano, very similar capability of play even if it doesn't seem like it sometimes.
I guess I shouldn't reply to this, but it's hard not to. People always make comments like this when they see their favorite player isn't perfect :/. It's like oh noes Stephano beat DRG, Life, etc but lost to Feast - DOES NOT COMPUTE - must have become worse since then!

Stephano has confirmed on stream that he is going to Korea to join EG.TL in SC2 Proleague

Very cool. Did he indicate where he'll be staying? It would be great if EG had a team house in Korea. Maybe Jaedong's legendary practice habits will rub off on Stephano

Some people just venting because they are disappointed. It happens.
Stephano has had some very mixed form recently, but he did just beat MC and ForGG in the last week. Feast did well in the first series but Stephano was able to adapt and took the rematch series fairly comfortably. Stephano can now relax as he does not play again until Friday!
