Weird, that tweet is not showing up on my timeline. When was it sent out? Was it deleted? According to Scoots, Stephano pulled out because he did not think it was worth it. Scoots indicated the players were not told about the prize money distribution or that it was PPV when they initially agreed to participate. I guess Stephano found out that he would have to play 48 games in Regular Season and some further games in the play-offs and he would only get any prize money at all if he won the whole thing. Given his existing schedule, I guess he thought committing to this for 5 weeks was too much with too little chance of a payoff. It's a shame from my perspective, as I would have liked to seen him play against these Kespa pros. I guess he will play against them some other time, unless Kespa refrain from participating in future foreign tournaments or future GSLs which is possible. Idra will probably still participate because he really idolizes some of these Kespa guys and so would not miss this chance to play against Flash etc.

I'm wondering if the ESF team asked him not to Scoots said that Steph pulled out because he thinks he can more likely qualify for MLG Pool play via the EU qualifiers. The MvP is too much time commitment for too little payoff for Stephano.

He sends his own banelings on move command past the opponent's banelings and lets them in his natural, then tries to minimize damage by splitting. I find it hard to believe that this is the most optimal way. Any ideas? obviously a mistake
