I still think stephano is better than forgg, but he just threw game 2 away and was really sloppy in game 3. hellions shouldn't run in your base when you have 6 queens, like ever. And yeah forgg is good enough to win after having an advantage like that. I think Stephano got a litle too cocky there, might be a good timing for a loss in the long run.
Do you maybe see me in his fan club listed under ''fans''? also all i did was comment ''the eg curse comments'', never said ur two quotes, neither am i a fan, i just think his games are entertaining for the most part and i just pointed that he had no practice, cause i actually think he needs it, not as much as some other people, but he still needs practice.

He should never had lost game 2 :/
He was so far ahead he just had to build 15 roaches and 6 spores to be safe and it was over.
Of course it's easier said than done, but for a player of his caliber that's a very disappointing loss

His games vs Forgg were hard to watch Better luck next time

Pretty sure there is no EG curse.
Stephano is just bad. Thorzan is fine. Idra needs to learn more than 1 build. Incontrol needs to take the game more seriously. Idk why Machine does bad, he seems pretty good on stream.

I think Stephano is getting a little bit too cocky lately, I hope that won't become a habit.

I can't be part of this fanclub anymore. One of Stephano's playlists contains Bon Jovi.

Stephano is just bad? IdrA needs more than one build? Wat?

Stephano has fallen victim to the EG curse!

I think he needs to work on his ZvT. It doesn't seem to be as strong as before. For example at WCS Vortix did against Lucifron much better than Stephano. So I think there is a room to improve.

is the stephano thats #1 on iccup right now this stephano

It's a good thing imo. Its not all too serious, like the "I hardly train" while he for sure trains. His attitude is more like MC, just a show. And a lot better than koreans without any personality.

Just stop with the Stephano on Iccup.
No one care, he just seek attention by using this name, just ignore.
Broodwar is dead, don't mess with the dead one, or they'll come back and eat your brains.
Stephano is just fine, it's bad that he does not manage to win the second game against forGG.

Sorry I was just wondering because I don't really follow sc2 I didn't know others were asking

Really disappointing games against ForGG. ForGG isn't bad but he's someone who Stephano should have no issues beating. If I were Stephano I'd be a little embarrassed given that I felt the need to tweet that I hadn't practiced all week and then played poorly, especially given that his new employer is rumored to be paying him 8K a month. And if I were EG I'd be a little pissed that my new acquisition isn't bothering to prepare for tournaments. The usual excuse given is that Stephano is traveling and doesn't have access to a computer. If that's truly the case, it boggles the mind that neither Stephano nor EG can work out the logistics of shipping him a computer when he travels.

I'm pretty sure the fact that he's sloppy is tied to his terrible practice habits, and the fact he did not prepare at all for this tournament. It's not an excuse. It's an explanation. Most of his fanclub also thinks he should practice more, and it's pretty clear when plays as poorly as he did (for him) against ForGG he needs to practice more. So what are you talking about?
|
like any other fan, he care too much about the game, exactly what stephano don't do, so he's pissed by the result, but won't blame stephano, so he try to flame on a forum.
Loose, win, life go on.
be happy.

For the past few months and more specifically for the past week he didn't have a place to live in Paris, apparently this is no longer a problem, maybe it was something planned with EG to pay ( the rent ) Stephano an apartment in Paris where he can practice.
Still he needs to have a computer now, EG will definitely give/buy him one. Stephano won't have any tournament in October, maybe the next Dreamhack but that's it i think, so he will have a full month of practice before ESWC/GSL ( hopefully )..
I'm sure he is ashamed just because he lost against ForGG in a game he should have won, and the third game was pretty bad in the beginning, the fact that he didn't practice doesn't change anything, he lost because of a bad decision, not because of his mechanics ( in game 2 at least ).
With WCS world/ESWC and GSL on the line, i'm sure he'll practice hard and will win at least one of these 3 tournament.
