Damn it.
But tbh Sase's play was way more polished then Stephanos.

I feel like Stephano was a bit too confident against Sase it's really a shame, if he had beaten Sase he would have faced Alicia with a 2-0 advantage so Stephano could have got 3rd place easily, so sad

Great run through the tournament though. Could've won it all if he had that third game against Marineking.

It's also easy to hold off if you scout it properly... No excuses. Stephano underestimated Sase I feel... Tis still a shame that the 2 foreigners had to fight each other and 1 get knocked out :-(

Sase with a great victory. Credit to him! Unfortunate for Stephano but he cannot beat every Protoss 100% of the time. Stephano will know Sase's play better for next time.

Stephano get's 5th/6th place and $3500 prize money. He had an impressive tournament. This was his best ever MLG showing. Due to his high placing, I think he automatically gets an invite to the MLG Summer Arena. This weekend he beat Polt again and also took the scalps of Alicia, Ganzi again, JYP again and also Rain. His series defeats to MKP and Sase were very close, so I think he acquited himself very well despite those losses.

NASL and Dreamhack next.

What I love about Stephano, is his talent. Such an amazing sense of game, such perfect strategies and so GOOD results despite of lack of training.

What I hate about Stephano, is his overconfidence. That thing has ruined lots of carriers and was a great weakness of a lot of great people. I wish you will think about mistakes you ve made and be even a better player!

Go Go Stephano!!

I think he was a little bit arrogant. We saw that in game 2.

Another really solid showing by Stephano...just wished he was as well versed with Mutas as DRG as he is getting a bit too worked out without having that option

In game 2 he just didn't have to attack, just w8 and build a spire and he had the win. But he thought he could just take this coloss army of-creep.
In second game he looked for sase's b3 with his roaches when the protoss already threw his units. He just has been all-ined. The next time he'll meet him he'll destroy him because he is above, clearly

What's up with all the over confident bullshit, Sase was just better than him today, you don't need to look elsewhere, did you see him miss injects or get heavily supply blocked because he was "over confident", it doesn't make sense to say those things, after watching stephano you got to know by know how relaxed he tries to play

Great run by Sase. It's in fact cool to see another foreigner perform well.

ps;I Don't know what the stroy between him and stephano but he sounds like pissed off all the the time (bm chat, dancing his zerglings, banneling bust, etc)
