I want to first thank you for posting here in the fan club. You mean a lot to us, and having you here from time to time does a lot to keep the fans happy. I wasn't going to do this write up, partly because TommyP thinks it's not any of our business giving critique to a Code S player. He has a point in that we fans have no idea how complex StarCraft can be, and all the metagames you players perform on one another. But since DRG, the man himself asked, I'll do it. There's been a lot of changes since the new balance patch, so I'm going to narrow this list down to fundamentals. I cannot critique on timings and anti-timings because my game knowledge is not proficient, I can only give insights to what I have seen done by other pro-gamers. Another reason not to have a long list is because Wings of Liberty is coming to an end, soon. Heart of the Swarm will change everything we know, it's best to keep it simple. These are just suggestions, I am not telling DRG what to do. Three Simple Things That Will Improve Your Game 1. Research Burrow ![[image loading]](http://www.gamereplays.org/community/uploads/post-119526-1291873960.jpg) This is something I rarely see DRG do, especially in ZvT. Regarding the Noblesse Game 2 in Code A R24, part of the reason DRG lost was because he could not check how many expansions Noblesse has, especially the hidden one at the 3 o'clock position on Whirlwind. I'm sure DRG knows how dangerous late game Terran hidden bases can be, thanks to the power of mules. Researching Burrow gives the option to use Zerglings to block bases. Burrow a zergling at each base would surely help control Terran expansions because it gives intel when and where Terran expands. 2. Baneling Landmines ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/dtJHU.png) Researching burrow also gives the option to use baneling landmines in ZvT. This strategy works very well with mutalisks, which DRG likes to use. We've seen Nestea and Leenock do this a lot to quite great success against bio compositions. Landmines setups can be difficult to master and is very map dependent.
