However, I recently got in touch with GGPlay (T/N: the name MVP mentions has two results in TLPD, the other, Jjando, just looks very unlikely to be whom he is talking about). He told me that he had the exact same symptoms that I have. At the time, GGPlay retired and I continued. After GGPlay got out of the army, he had an examination which revealed that the problem wasn’t in the wrist but in the cervical disc. So, I am planning to get my cervical disks examined shortly.
Old news. Glad that it can be fixed.
aaand I should read the previous page.

Nani doesn't even deserve a code S spot. MVP is my favorite player but now I'm going to defend nani in MVP's fanclub lol. I agree MVP is simply the better player but how can you say nani doesn't deserve code s when he got to the round of 8? Because he didn't come through the Code A qualifier, through Code A, through the up downs. He got a straight seed into Code S. Thats why he doesn't deserve to be in the GSL. On the other hand, MVP is playing with hurt wrists, he won his code A games even after losing in ro16 last time and he just crushed Naniwa's and his fan's dreams. Compared to MVP naniwa is trash. funnily I just finished watching the games and they weren't even cheesy. Naniwa even scouted the 2 rax in the last game and still died to it. Game 1 was macro, game 2 was mass marines that MVP already showed once before on the same map. Game 3 naniwa got lucky but was a win for him. And game 4 was just brutal rape. So what about like polt and MC? they both have gotten code s seeds from other events before.

I really didn't think he'd beat NaNiwa, and I REALLY don't think he'll beat PartinG, but I've been betting against Mvp in every liquibet poll so far and he's been winning everything so far, I'll just keep betting against him and see if he wins the finals.

YOU ARE OUR LAST HOPE!!!
SAVE US FROM THE PROTOSS SCOURGE!!!

Such a huge challenge to overcome for Mvp, but if one Terran can do it, it's definitely Mvp, I BELIEVE

so many great terran players out there, especially ones in better physical condition than mvp
yet time and time again, mvp seems to stay relevant, while others stumble
i fucking love this guy, such an inspiration.
1T, 3P in semi's. mvp representing the race yet again, similar to mlg providence where he was the only terran in top 10 or even more or something. although there he got knocked out at 4th or something. this gsl, hopefully he takes the whole thing!
hoping for some sick plays vs parting and then squirtle for a sick final
lets go mvp!

/vg/ SCII general has a pretty big Mvp fanbase...

They are both former GSL champions, and have made it to code S before on their own(afaik!).

Heh, this thread seems to be going a bit off-topic it seems

Damn redviper, you can't say the games were not cheesy. MVP played well, did what he had to, but it was cheesy nonetheless. ( which is not an insult )

The last terran left! GL buddy!

Game 2 and 4 were. But the two other games were just what you have to do to beat protosses in the current situation of the game. It seems that you can't just go for standard and hope for your opponent to mess up. Terrans need a new standard play !
I really hope to see again this heavy bio composition he showed against Puzzle and in game 2 vs Hero. It is possibly one of the solution to counter the style protosses have been doing lately.
