I know you could have won that tournament. You definitely have the skills for it. I feel like you were a bit unlucky....... I dunno (am I just making excuses?). First game when Soulkeys lings were on the way and you just took your probe away for a few seconds to build another pylon and then his lings snuck in and from there it just snowballed out of control. And last game where you went to scout with your probe and barely missed his incoming lings that Tasteless described as "Two ships passing in the night". Anyways, get this out of your mind and refocus on what tournaments is coming up next. And don't you even dare think about retiring ;p <3 | ||

There was definitely some bad luck (although in a sense it was really Soulkey that made those unlucky situations possible), but I felt that in those situations Naniwa simply didn't execute as well as he has in the past. Every time Naniwa had to defend against lings with his probes it looked like his hands must have gone numb because he kept losing probe after probe in those engagements where in the past I've seen him save those probes with superb micro. | ||

showing the difference in level of skill of the top 16 and everyone else. Nani by far the strongest foreigner, nice to see that position (although I've personally believed so for 2+ years) OFFICIALLY cemented. (disclaimer: + Show Spoiler + I'm sorry, I guess some players like Life and Leenock shouldn't be considered "way worse" than top 16 | ||

(he was actually also ahead of Stephano, when he quit). Nani is able of beating any Koreans and we all knew Soulkey was a hard match, all players stating wanting to avoid him etc... So a bit of a 40/60 situation imo that didn't fell out. Felt like Nani had an edge microing and kept up really well macroing as well but not scouting was games 1+2 down tbh. Hoping hard that Blizz will expand to all bo7 next blizzcon and to more bo5 in normal events, so much more fun to watch a series when it's on those levels. Anyways I want mooore matches Nani, plz gogogo, relax and hanve fun, hunt the Koreans u Dragonslayer!!!! | ||
