This tournament albeit not hugely marketed and not run very well is kind of a big deal considering the price pool if you get top 4 is big.

They used very little delay on the game stream. which explains bly's speedling allin, finding the pylon i built in advance, and then making a spire in game 3 and instead making hydralisk den ( with no scout ) . its pretty obvious that something happened. I have no proof so what can i really do. its word against word but still. this makes me believe online tournaments are a really bad idea. but im not rich enough to turn down a tourney with money ![]() It just goes to show that stream-cheating isn't a replacement for raw skill. But anyways, did he ask the organizers to remind the russian stream and they just ignored the reminder? I mean that is the first thing one would do, if one realizes if something is amiss, and next to no stream delay definitely falls under that category.

Proplayers are even more suspect as they can easily play with hacks without revealing themselves. However the statistics offered in the reddit post about offline/online performance really takes the wind out of the sails. But Bly always plays specific builds and not general play, and with naniwa (as also pointed out in the thread) plays extremely predictable I am not surprised Bly had some counters. The games were very very standard for Bly.

Why don't the tournament organizers/streamers just remove the visibility of the chat so that the viewers cant see whats going on behind the scenes. Keep hwaiting NaNiwa!
