well he hasnt played much pvz for the last 8 months, because he hasnt had any zergs to play against in the GSL. He only practices t and p because thats all he gets. Thats why he played so badly against Johhny, he just has no clue what to do with the matchup.. the "you play zerg, gratz" and "this matchup doesnt make any sense" are just him being upset that he lost without having a clue what he is doing.

Tho he lost barely to drg in the quarters, DRGs zvp is very dodgy.. and johnny outplayed him.

He has to play his strenghts like in his other matchups, and go for a macrogame and create a perfectly orchestrated death ball that he can do IF he goes for a long term game not these silly pushes he tried to do.

Not even death can save you from me.

tbh, naniwa loosing to J reeco is kind of expected if you follow SC2 and not only naniwa.

J recco played vvery well, and Nani still got some gimmick build against zerg. it's sad that he still believe he lost because of zerg so call "OP" after the patch, and didn't try to understand what he does wrong.

let's hope for him that he is not in a zerg heavy first round for next gsl or he may be out sooner than expected.

Of course he is frustrated. Every one us would be in his situation. And given the amount of frustration he didnt even BM particularly much. He did not offend DJR directly, just expressed his frustration over the matchup.

Exactly. Sometimes you just need to get your frustration out.

And tbh JonnyREcco is good enough to know that he's good because of his skill and not because of the race he plays. So why should he get offended or anyone else.

Anyone who is sane enough and knows what feelings are knows that it was just typical frustration wich happens to anybody and that it is good to ventilate those sometimes. There are no perfect humans and one can't expect everyone to be a happy camper with perfect control of their emotions 24/7.

You are trying to make it sound like typing out stuff like "congratz u play zerg" is acceptable. It isn't. There are better ways of venting your frustration. Telling the other guy he is only good because he plays a particular race isn't one of them.

I was actually starting to be OK with Naniwa... then he does that.

So YOU decide that it's not acceptable? I don't believe there is any global agreement that saying stuff like that isn't acceptable.

You need a chillpill. Alot of other players complain about races they have problems playing against. NaNiwa just said it. It's the kind of guy he is. Brutally honest!

And it wasn't like he said: "F#ck you son of a b#tch you play zerg". Just: "congratz you play zerg". Big deal?

Oh, noes, how will he ever be able to sleep at night when he realize he did that to you who had started to be OK with him...

Seriously, I will never understand why some people come to fanclubs just to state they don't support the players, we got enough of that everywhere else.

Also who are you to say it's not acceptable to say this or that. Like Waterflow wrote, we are all humans. We do what we do best, we feel. If you don't accept a certain behavior that's totally up to you, but please don't come to his fanclub and tell us real fans what's acceptable and not.

I can understand his frustration.

First of all, not taking anything away from the Zerg players, but I personally really don't know how to deal with Zerg throwing Roaches at you just to prevent your 3rd base from functioning. The threat of Speedlings runby also makes it impossible to open efficiently outside of FFE, which gives Zerg 3 bases off the bat. May it be MC, Naniwa, or any of the Code-S GSL protoss, I have seen very very few that are able to take a game from Zerg outside of 2 base all-ins just because of Roach Spam and later Broodlord+Infestor+ Spines (which as far as I know can only be beaten by a perfect Archone toilet)

if Naniwa was beaten by a GSL player i'm sure he wouldn't bm. He just didn't think/expect that JonnyREcco was equally skilled as him. Maybe zerg is OP, which i think it is atm, but JonnyREcco can't be that much worse than him no matter what the state of the balance is.

It's actually pretty sad to see how awful some people are with getting good and valid points across.

The one pretty important point in the Avilo and Idra discussion was that sure, if zerg decides to be greedy Terran can also be greedy, but it just works one way. Zerg can do whatever he wants, and if he decides to be greedy then except for some really extreme all-ins the worst that could happen to him is 'being forced' into a lategame, which is not bad at all. If Terran decides to be greedy, he's much more vulnerable. And with the way the Zerg economy develops it's easier for Zerg to reach the point where he can tech switch freely than for Terran to be able to do the same, which is also a relatively good point.

Avilo had a good shot at getting both of those across, but instead decided to focus on imputing a biased bs to Idra. There's a big difference between pointing out where TvZ is imbalanced, and calling the entire matchup an unwinable bs. It wasn't even a hard discussion to win, at the very least reach a draw. Sure, Idra was kinda bad mannered there, but how exactly is that news? JP and Idra were admittedly kind of biased towards Avilo, but he also got lost in his own argument towards the end, didn't really need much help to make himself sound stupid.

"Sure, Idra was kinda bad mannered there, but how exactly is that news?"

Just because he's known for being bad mannered and disrespectful doesn't make it more acceptable in any way. Stupid way of trying to sweep it under the rug.

Ah, the wonders of double-standards.

I don't have an issue with people supporting him nor was I going to comment on what he said in his fanclub, but once again, we have people that just try and make up excuses to turn something that was unnecessary into something that's "ok". That's what I have an issue with.

Why do you bring that up? You go through all of my posts just so you can find something that will make your e-peen seem longer.

It's a pretty big difference between calling someone a sociopath and shitting all over his personality (wich IdrA did to NaNiwa) VS saying "congratz u play zerg" after having lost a match.

I'd say calling someone a sociopath without having actual medical proof of it is extremely unacceptable. Saying "congratz u play zerg" is not even near comparable.

See what im saying? Pretty dumb comparison dude.

"Rumor : Naniwa leaves Quantic

According to reliable sources Naniwa will be leaving Quantic Gaming.

Today Rakaka got information about the swedish Code S player Johan "Naniwa" Lucceshi that he will leave Quantic. The definite reason to why he's leaving is unclear but according to Rakaka's sources, the team has had trouble sending them abroad. As an example, ASUS helped them to get to Dreamhack Open in Stockholm earlier this year.

During WCS Nordic Rakaka noticed that Naniwa and Sase didn't hang out together as much as they did at the previous Dreamhack, and according to Rakaka's sources, the players had a quarrel. The reason for the quarrel is unclear, and it's also unclear if it was a contributing factor to Naniwa leaving the team.

Any way, Naniwa has already gotten several offers from big teams, but we don't know which the teams are at the moment."

Did a translaton of Naniwa leaving Quantic since the article had been posted but not translated. (Not a native speaker so don't be too harsh on my grammar etc)

NaNiwa is really having a though time now. Missing WCS Europe by one match, losing in TSL Ro32 and now this.

If he's leaving Quantic, where is he going? As long as it isn't Eclypsia or Prime, I'm ok with any team really, despite liking some teams more then others.

And that he would argue with SaSe is a bit of a surprise for me. I was outside waiting to go into WCS Sweden (before it had opened) when SaSe came out. Then I asked him where NaNiwa was, and he said "somewhere inside", but not in a tone that he didn't like NaNiwa anymore. NaNiwa and SaSe had their computers on different sides of the table in the tournament area (Sase was in one corner and NaNiwa almost in the cross-corner), but I think DreamHack wanted to spread out the big names there. But since I don't know what and who started it whole, I'm not gonna judge anyone now.

Rumor. I'll believe it when Nani or Quantic confirms it.
