Im from Finland (basically a rival-country in most sports) and I can say im a huge Naniwa fan. He puts the Esports as a sport first, not as entertainment. He focuses on skill and becoming the best, not just at being good and getting the easy streaming cash. Anyone who appriciates high level and good SC2 craftmanship appriciates Naniwas work. And when people are talking abaut how he is socially awkward? In my eyes he is a very honest guy with a passion for gaming. He is not trying to be someone he is not. Eye of the Tiger-Protoss fighting! Naniwa fighting! | ||

I don't know if Naniwa reads here but the last part of the interview with Quantic where he said that the Swedish fans support him no matter what made me fucking proud. It's true on my part and I have been supporting nani since I first saw him rise in the SC2 scene. So Nani has a troubled past and some anger issues but he is really working on it. His dedication as a player and the results he posts amazes me more than anything in Starcraft 2. His way of thinking is missing in so many players. It's obvious he isn't in it for the money, he is here to win. Naniwa isnt really BM, he is just swedish and he gets easily misunderstood. I'm hoping to attend Dreamhack next year and if Naniwa is there I will surely hope to get a autograph from my favorite SC2 player. I really think that if someone is going to beastmode in the Code S it will be NaniWa. Keep on fighting Nani! Fuck the haters. I believe in you and so does a shitload of people! | ||
