For the same reason we would block a fan club for a random guy. He might be a big deal to you, but he isn't renowned for any wins in particular. Again, once he shows some tournament performance that will change pretty quickly. I forgot who Kennigit was referring to in "he," but regardless we can see that miniWheat doesn't apply here?
