I'm starting to wonder if MC has nerve issues and does the ceremonies etc to compensate for them. I don't think he has nerve problems, and if he does I dont think they actually affect his play to a detrimental degree. I think MC's recent inconsistency and lack of dominance comes from a combination of the following: 1. Traveling - out of all koreans MC has by far done the most traveling. 2. Success/fame/money - He was dominate for a long time, and that no doubt comes from hours of hard work. Winning all that money combined with the fact that hes known nothing but strict practice means hes at least a little burned out but now has the motivation to relax a bit. His success must have gained him a lot of fans and new friends - he even has a girlfriend now. No doubt that his social life improved with his success so he has more distractions than before. 3. Preparation - By this, I mean preparation done by his opponents. For a few months he was the most dominant and success player, therefore he had a BIG target on his back. I would imagine that his style/strategies and play was picked apart by coaches all around the sc2 universe.
Agree with what u said here and I believe he will be back with some hard work. He is very talented and lots of ppl said he started to fall behind because he played greedy, but really? He played greedy against terran because he was one of people who first found out 111 was imba and early expand was the only way to couter. Before he lost to Hongun, he was the best pvp toss. But now when I think about that, one of main reasons he lost that was because he refused to go 4 gate and therefore he lost to 4 gate. But he was right, 4 gate started to become ineffective. I guess if he practice a bit more before playing Hongun, he would be good. Against zerg, a lot of ppl think that MU is imbalanced and what they did was cheese or 2 base all-in. Mc, while he always tried to be agressive to damage the zerg early game, his play is marco-orientated. Often opt to go stargate tech is an indicator.
At the moment, he is still showing lots of talent in his play, but at the same time he also shows lots of mistakes in his play. Nerve may be one issue. But I believe hard work can help him overcome.
BTW, really curious about why he decided not to go DH. Not a bad thing, but curious why.

Plus, he's going to be fighting for his Code S life soon. Best not stretch his attention to traveling and Dreamhack so he can focus on GSL.

Wow he just did the weirdest build on Meta vs a zerg, apparently your probe can walk through a 3 pylon walloff on the ramp if you build a pylon in a certain spot next to them, it walks up the ramp.

Can someone tell me who the (k-pop) idol on this main screen is? I think it's Suzy from Miss A but I'm not 100% sure.

His game vs Alive was insanely action packed, watching his stream is like watching GSL all the time :D

That game was pretty damn ridiculous o_O Lots of cool stuff in that.

That game against aLive was pretty sick even though he lost. He should have gotten his 4th and 5th way earlier and I felt if he had done that Archon Drop on the 3rd or main it would have done alot more.
