He didn't have ANYTHING left with which to remax... ~300/300 resources...can't do anything with that. I just watched that games ... Idra is such a beast. I don't even care anymore if he is winning his games or not. He is outclassing his opponents by such a huge margin. If blizz ever balances out zerg, they will have to balance it out specially for Idra, there is maybe 3 ppl in Eu/NA who can compete with him. (in a balanced, less volatile game)

Hopefully, IdrA will stay in games a little longer...at least let the battle play out.

If he blinked past the force fields, the lings would attack his stalkers. edit : err maybe not. didnt know he was cornered.

I think Idra is playing better. It's going to take some adjusting on his part, and a bit on Blizzard's part because I do think Zerg needs a little more help. The amount of tasks Zerg has to do to fight "evenly" with Protoss is too much atm. I just hope that this can all be achieved before Idra literally explodes into a ball of nerd rage. Take it easy, mang.

But then you have to consider the 5 colossi that huk had. At that level of upgrades, the colossi will one-shot lings in an aoe. Also, lings don't do a particular good amount of dmg. More important were that two infestors had fungal growth energy, one apiece. I'm not sure how that fight would go. I would lean on huk winning, still, because sentries can help the stalkers kill the broodlords. Broodlings are the main damage dealers from broodlords, and 5 colossi does help to kill the broodlings. Without broodlings, a broodlord will dps less than a stalker. Of course, 2 good fungal growths woudl take about half of the stalkers health out. On the other hand, it was at huk's base, he can easily reinforce with stalker warp-ins, while idra cannot, and broodlords are going to die inevitably. There were corruptors though. It would have been an interesting fight ithink.

I am not a Idra fanboy by any means, but im really bummed about Idra losing game 2 to Huk, I feel like the best player didnt win that game, plus Huk lost all respect from me with the BM at the beginning to the next game. And this is coming from a long time Toss player. Heres hoping Idra at least will think twice before leaving so early, i have faith we would of came out ahead if he fought on. Good Luck to Idra and INControl (my fav player) for tmr! EG FIGHTING!

By bringing it up at the begining of next game I beleive it threw Idra off, plus it was kind of BM in the manner that Huk said it. There are some things you should say better in person

Nothing threw idra off game 3, he simply lost to a build he did not have the units to defend in time. it was like 10 sentries and 7 stalkers vs 14 roaches, and an observer came

It's all about outsmarting your opponent, try to take an advantage and secure it.
