this is just a guess, but if they work like other agencies it means they'll be finding jobs/sponsorships for IdrA, and taking a fee from any deals they make him. dunno though.

This is largely correct. What jobs / sponsorships they find for him they receive a cut. Though I do think he can grow his own brand himself and avoid the fee. Basically both entities idra and the company making idra a bigger name.

Using one of old overlays, I've tried to create recolored one for Idra. Right now he is using default Zerg UI overlay, but greyed and with some orange-brown color in different places.

I think, Idra should have specific overlay too, not just default UI. I don't know how to contact Idra's overlay designers because I don't know who they are, so here you can see a small post with the new overlay.

• new icons for Drones and Army
• no social/menu buttons, they are masked and covered by Zerg meat and carapaces
• minimap buttons are stylized with overlay color scheme
• this overlay does not covers small part of army selection window with grey background for Facebook/Twitter, like it is on current Idra's overlay
• Facebook/Twitter icons are recolored to better fit to overall color scheme, also better and stylized font for nicknames
