Man Idra looks so good these days. Still ragequits some, still makes some strange decisions sometimes (a long game he lost vs T where he threw away 3 maxes worth of ultra-ling without making a single infestor :-(. But he's so fast now, his multitask is much better, and he seems to be enjoying himself more. I think the switch to HOTS full-time was a very good idea. Hope to see great things in 2013! :-)

Someone agrees with me that Idra a top 5, probably the best foreigner and will make a strong comeback in hots! everyone knows he has better mechanics, decision making, multitasking, and micro than any other foreign player out there, yes that includes the likes of stephano or vortix or scarlett.

Let me preface this by saying that IdrA is my favorite player. However he does not have better decision making than Stephano. The rest can be argued. He is better than Vortix and Scarlett but as far as his current decision making is concerned he cannot compete with Stephano. Mechanics are probably comparable.

I would argue Stephano is mechanically stronger. Decision making doesn't win you the amount of prize money he has won.

I disagree Stephano is no DongRaeGu. He has a lock on ZvP game sense (IdrA has said Stephano never scouts and always makes the right decision) and his ZvT is pretty amazing as well. He has the mechanics to pull off his strategies but they are not the best part about his play. If his mechanics were superb he would not have been 2-0d against IdrA in ZvZ. He wins games when he can see patterns and use them to his advantage in a matchup. In ZvZ you really can't do that as your opponent has the same units you do.

decision making alone no, but knowing whats coming being able to prepare for it beforehand and engage it jsut right will
