Did you even watch the game? It's not like he wasn't giving it effort, the Idra of old would have f10-n'd the moment those banshees cloaked. At one point it just becomes really obvious that there's no chance of winning and you're just dragging it out.

Get drops? Get bane bombs? Something special since he's "the best American"

I think that its generally agreed upon that he needs to improve his mindset, but that doesn't mean we should stop being his fans. Also not sure why you had best american in quotations before, it's pretty celar he is the best player from the US

i actually see idra already improving from these gsl games... trust me he's even worst before, just got the wrong read pn his opponent.

Although, he had an inferor army he could of won if he caught the tanks unseiged so he could of tech'd to broodlord and forced Illusion to tank crawl away from his Pforts acrsos the map and throw away supply to build up ghost army. Idra could of taken that time to get an equal amount of base and defended until he had some brood/ultra/infestor and enough resources to try a remax. the right engagement on defending Illusions crawl and then a quicker remax, he could of won. We have seen better comebacks in SC2 than Idra's would have been.
Koreans never quit and have a true fighting spirit, as an Idra/(NA) fan, I wish he would pick that up while he was there.

Its weird because while most foreigners seem to be judged on a foreigner scale, idra seems to be judged on a korean scale. IdrA loses first round of code A and he automatically sucks, yet when naniwa/thorzain were losing during the MLG invite phase everyone accepted it fine.

techd to broodlord which would take how long? he didnt even have a spire yet and u say if he forced the tank to crawl away from pforts why would it when his trying to bank money? and he was trying to take bases but he kept on getting dropped and losing them he was close as dead

He was down a base, out of position, had a 3 medivac drop in his main killing his Hive and tech, and his attack route was fortified with siege tanks and planetaries.
Try watching the game next time.

I can't imagine the shallow and pithy reasons you had in the first place to be put off from being his "fan" for outside occurrences. You don't seem to understand what a fan club is. It's a gathering place for people who currently like something, so especially being as you do not, stop considering your antagonistic criticisms welcome here.
Anyone have a link to the IPL vods? He's got a lot of ground to catch up, but it's easy to see he'll be back.

I had the same argument in the LR thread with some guy who ended up saying I was clueless on what I am talking about for saying Idra had no chance to win unless illusion went AFK or something lolol.
