That's what you get when a game is fucking free to play -.-' How many shows up to the actual live events, like MLG? If I remember correctly, the LoL crowd at MLG was lackluster at best.
Besides, Riot has this huuuuuge link to like every LoL tourny there is when they are live, right on the frontpage, no way for people to miss it. What does Blizzard have? A little tab that takes you to a news section where a couple of the biggest SC2 tournaments of the year is listed... That game wouldn't even have been half as successful if it wasn't free to play.

They aren't rage quits. When he quits kinda early with or without a "gg" it usually means the same thing. He hasn't lost the game, but he knows he is behind and finishing the game would be a major waste of his time.
