Actually it's free for all citizens - Korean or foreign. I went to it in 2007 and I'm going this year too. Because it's all about global music foreigners also get the front seats which is kind of nice for me as a fan of a lot of these acts. I'm mostly excited about; Super Junior SNSD 2NE1 Big Bang. Gackt! I've seen Super Junior and Big Bang in concert 4 times now (3 BB and 1 Suju.) plus I saw SNSD opening for PL finals last year. It should be really good fun  | ||
