No, I root for them because they're cute and I like their music... Every time I hear about kpop drama i get depressed wtf... I'm not particularly fond of Dasom but if she leaves or something happens to Sistar, things are going to get real.

I think they all look better in the casual look, Blue stripes and white shorts FTW. Every time they perform loving they all look adorable, much more than when they're all in their Alone get ups.
GANGNAM STYLE was in the last episode of Gentleman's Dignity - the OST for that show was solid. I think somewhere around 5 of the songs were in the Billboard Korea top 10 songs at one point.

When searching for a (relatively) obscure song I found http://www.koreanindie.com/ I don't check it all that often but I check out an act or two occasionally and some of them are quite good. Only problem is some tracks are hard to get without knowing Korean well.
This is also a random tangent but I loathe Rain. Though everybody in China knows who he is, probably the most famous kpop figure there. I think even my grandma knows who he is
