Soyeon has always been a good public speaker. There is a reason why she would of been the leader of SNSD. It is very saddening that, as far as the translation goes, there is a tacit, if very fragile acceptance that she was being bullied, or at least ostrazied.
There will be lots of interviews and questions regarding this down the road, and everything T-ara says, either planned or unintentional, will automatically eclipse and whitewash the press statements that KKS and CCM have given so far. I don't know what to think of that interview. I will reserve complete judgement until a complete transcript is translated but if she paints Hwayoung as the victim then it would go against the official line.
I'm not sure how it was an acceptance of bullying or ostracizing at all. If you actually read the translations, all she said was that things weren't perfect and Hwayoung might have felt left out sometimes. There's no implication that anything was done intentionally, which is the key component.

I don't know how she thinks that makes her or the rest of T-ara look any better.
It would have if her or CCM had released something like that immediately, but that one weekend where CCM wasn't saying anything and netizens were going crazy finding "evidence" did too much, people made up their minds during that weekend and nothing they say is going to change that now. But if she came out or CCM came out and said something to this effect- the tweets were hurtful but not meant to be that serious, those clips were edited to look like bullying, we are one team, I should have protected her, etc., I think that T-ara would be in a lot better position than they are now.

They actually released episode 7 together with ep 8 then later, someone told us that half of ep 8 wasn't subbed lol. I wonder if nanashin had downloaded that.
I'm out for a whole day and a shitstorm brews. At least a mod handled the situation. :p

This! I really like Ailee and Heaven (actually one of my favorite songs that I don't get tired of listening to), but I'm sad that she hasn't released even a mini album yet !

Geez. I wonder how many of them will be interviewed now or if it's only going to be Soyeon since she's the leader/spokesperson. She's still looking good in that interview, at least. :p

T-ara‘s Soyeon has reportedly been involved in a car accident and has been sent to the emergency room.
While traveling down to Busan on August 13th at approximately 7:00 AM for the shooting of her drama ‘Haeundae Lovers‘, her vehicle slipped on the rainy road and hit the guard rail twice before flipping on its side.
Other than Soyeon, two stylists were passengers in the vehicle. All passengers were taken to the emergency room and underwent CT and X-ray scans.
“Due to the sudden rain, the car must have slipped. The managers are now hurrying to the scene of the incident,” said a representative for Core Contents Media. “Since the car has flipped over, this incident seems bigger than we anticipated. The 119 response team responded at the scene and transported everyone to the emergency room.”
“Thankfully, Soyeon seems to have suffered no big injuries on the outside. But since this is an accident first of all, her filming schedule for today has been cancelled and will undergo a full test,” the agency concluded.
