To ensure this thread won't be closed, you must adhere to several a number of simple rules; - Please use spoilers when quoting a post with pictures and/or videos.
- When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
- No reposting of old material unless justified
- Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
- No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
- Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level
- No 'pagetopping' in any form whatsoever, as it constitutes spam equal to posts similar to 'first'.
- No vulgar fan fics or wet dream stories. It is creepy, weird, and it dehumanizes the people who you are here to celebrate/discuss.
- Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up. |

I actually tend to enjoy being high by myself more then with friends for some reason. I post a decent amount here high yo, i'm surprised you could tell because my posting is usually such shit lol. I like playing games high, but most of the time I'm so high I forget I'm playing so anything I do is just muscle memory or something, it's really funny. And pisses people off when I lose team games cause I forget to make everything in RTS and get dizzy and disoriented and shit in FPS. I don't post here high but that's mostly cause I'm too busy doing shit with friends or eating or sleeping to go on TL. I love playing sc2 high lol, i'm masters on both my not high and high account(s). That's usually how things would work out for me if it wasn't summer, once college starts I wont be able to wake n bake anymore and will probably post alot less. I don't sleep much either. @TritaN who the fuck are you lol? My parents still give me an nice allowance and weed isnt that hard to come by in scottsdale so if i didnt post while i was high I probably wouldnt post much at all. You cant waste a high if you have such easy access to it. Okay, this doesnt belong in this thread but this actually made me lols irl. Allowance really? Never known anyone over the age of 15 who gets that from their parents. I get allowance in college.... Should I be ashamed? It's because they rather give me money to study, than use up my time working. Also, it's because my brother went to USMA, so free college, so all that extra money, WHERE TO SPEND IT? Well iunno, I for one would feel weird being supported by my parents as an adult atleast It's not like I would qualify for any financial scholarships, by nature of my parent's income. Plus I think my parents sort of expect me to pay them back eventually, so essentially it's like a loan. Hmm well yeah ok i kind of forgot other countries governments dont give their students moneys. But enough offtopics Saw this picture on CPs twitter and it made me kind of sad + Show Spoiler +
It may not look classy but it makes me warm to them more. Its abit cute in a sad way.

I would rather look at KKS in this case, after all I bet most girls would take the opportunity to join one of the most famous groups out there even if they knew that they would get outshined by the more established members in most aspects, Dani did. @Tennet, yes she did write those lyrics - would be cool if more k-artists would write their own music and then produce it, maybe they already do but then get shut down by their overheads. IU wrote peach, dont know of many other examples though. I think BoA wrote Only One and The Shadow from her latest album.

KMD should donate them a portable mini cooler/fridge!
Chrome Entertainment's address is 222-2 King-run BD. Nonhyeon-dong, Kangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea for that one guy who wants to have their mini fridge surely photographed and featured on their twitter.

I think Sooyoung wrote a ballad on SNSD last comeback.

Noone. Those of you who want to see some info about what their company is and photos of their structure and staff / production workforce can see it on their company website: http://www.chrome-ent.co.kr/default/main/main.php It's pretty informative, even for the non-korean readers.

If it was the year 2000 I would maybe understand but why do you people shell out a ton of money on albums? Or just collecting it for giggles or do you actually play the discs?

It shows support for the group. They also usually come with posters or some other physical addition. Also music discs still make great, affordable and no-nonsense presents.

This, plus the packaging is awesome and they usually come with great picture books. I only actually own 3 kpop albums (T-ara's Absolute First & Funky Town and IU's Last Fantasy) but I plan on buying more soon.

Haha, I'm not a metal fan myself but I know that our very own Hallowed is as well as probably some other people here.

CDs are still far higher quality than mp3, if you really want to have the best possible listening experience. I don't see groups offering lossless files for download.

Hmm ok yeah I guess poster could be nice. Just I don't even have a cd player anymore since probably 2003 or something seems so foreign to me haha.
But with photobooks etc have you people really looked through it more than 2 times? I bought some collector editions of games etc and I probably looked through it while installing and now it just collect dusts

Do you guys think the Ryu twins aren't going to have any other opportunities in the business? That one site said their names are tarnished in the industry, which would really suck.
|
Hwayoung's career is over. There may be a small agency that will pick her up purely to snatch media attention but after that nothing. There may be some QUEENS who will try to support her but it will be out of pity, not because she is a top class artist/rapper.
If she was truely a talented/respected/recognised musician, the question would not be "will she succeed now?", but "which agency will she choose?", "will there be a bidding war?", "do you think she'll choose SM or JYP or YG?", "will she form her own agency?". This is the unfortunate truth.
|
I would bet on a Ryu twins group to be a big hit with the right backing. Not sure anyone would have the balls to do it though, SK not exactly known for it's risk takers.
