Quite frankly I don't really care who or what is being destroyed. Really all I want is the best/most entertaining group possible and if that means Hwayoung is out, then tough. If she really does deserve to be part of the industry then she'll land on her feet, otherwise I don't really care.
It doesn't really matter to me because despite phrasing the question in such a way that it frames Hwayoung as a victim if this were to happen, in reality she's quite fortunate no matter what. She got dropped into a successful group, after it had released one of the more popular kpop albums to date that cemented the group's popularity. I'm not going to argue whether or not it was undeserved, because no one knows what the selection process was like or how she beat out the dozens of other trainees that CCM was undoubtedly looking at for that 7th member slot, the point is that Hwayoung didn't have to earn her popularity the way most groups do- by starting out as unknown rookies and releasing a song good enough to gain widespread attention or being funny or attractive enough on TV to gain attention. She got that attention simply by joining a popular group.
Even if she were to be kicked out of T-ara she's still in a much better position than 90% of the girls seeking to become an idol- her 2ish years in the group was enough to gain her some fans, evidently, and so there's a massive incentive for CCM or other companies to sign her and put her in another group, just because it'll gain your attention. That's a massive advantage that most other trainees/hopefuls wouldn't get.
Whoaaa...some serious drama went down regarding T-ara...as evidenced by the 200+ missed posts.
And an announcement of an announcement by CCM definitely doesn't bode well. Whatever happens, hope the group will be alright and make some more music on the level of Absolute First Album ._.
It's great how the level of talent within T-ara decreases as more members get added on from the base 5. Also find it ironic to see all that happen around the time JiAe comes back into the music industry hehehehe.
