to be fair to khun, his BAC was in the 0.05X range. in the US that would be well below the legal limit of 0.08%. i'm pretty sure most people in the US have driven with a BAC in the 0.05X range, like driving home after hanging out at a sports bar. obviously, every country has their own laws and his BAC was higher than what korea allows. if he was 0.049 or below, he would have legally been fine.
(0.05 is the equivalent of 3 cans of light american beer in an hour)
