What's the problem? Yeah I think it's borderline scary and completely out of line aswell and I sincerely hope it's an act and that people aren't really this crazy about their bias. However it's not that hard to scroll past it and just read what interests you. Every day when I wake up there is some 80+ posts and I read maybe 30 of them, it's just a ton of content that I don't care about but there is no point in being a cry baby about it. Different people likes different things, shocking I know...

Pretty much this. Seriously, the same way I encourage picspamming as long as people use spoiler tags when doing so, I will encourage this, simply because there's no way it'd do any harm. You're giving the others the option to read/look at your post, but not enforcing it, essentially guaranteeing a positive response or none at all. If you're reacting negatively to this, then it's your own damn fault for reading it, because you know very well what you were getting yourself into, and there is no reason whatsoever for getting upset over something that you just skipped past anyway.
