I took a standing ticket anyway, assuming there would be a lot of younger people/girls I wouldn't have too much trouble seeing the stage or push my way forward a little haha ^^

If this is indeed true (which I assume it is), then I lost €240,- and will have to make a lot of effort for the 200 euro for the actual tickets. Surely it's going to give issues for international transactions.

Hope we'll at least get our refund. But I can see that taking a while. Especially for those of you (the majority I'd guess) who aren't from France and can't just walk into the store where they bought it.

Yeah, had both Hotel and Train ticket non-refundable or changeable. I had to pay like 60 euro more for cancellation stuff and something like this couldn't possibly get cancelled right? Learned my lesson alright...

And worst of all, they all speak friggin French and suck at English lol. When I just ordered my ticket I got a email, completely in French, so I reply that I can't read it. Then another mail in French, and according to google translate, I asked to cancel my ticket WTF?

Also trying to order a bus tour to Paris for MuBank, the whole process is in French as well. I keep getting an error, so I called them and they don't understand English.

Kpop go to England or Germany please, France is just too complicated :S

Edit: They probably didn't sell enough tickets and decided to just make it one day to cut costs, damn bastards KBS.

Cancellation stuff = cancellation assurance? If you had one, you should definitely be fine for the concert tickets - which should get refunded even without one - and for the train, I dunno. Just try it, I guess. Or get a place for the day before so you can at least make use of your return trip ticket the day after.

Yeah I meant cancellation assurance. I don't have one for the train or hotel tickets. I planned everything so that I would not need to cancel anything. I didn't expect something like this to be cancelled. Concert tickets I will get back but it's going to be very complicated because it's an international payment, and I don't speak a word French :S
