Because it feels like you only have problems with corrupted id3 tags because hangul clearly works for you in that screenshot. You can open up the folder with your and you'll see that the title/artist field will be messed up there as well. If it's not you should seriously consider posting on Foobar's forum.
I just copied, removed, and then pasted the tag info in Mp3tag for Roly Poly as a test, and it seems to have fixed that song, which leads me to the same conclusion as you. Unfortunately, everything I've downloaded from Soribada's English site is messed up, and I don't want to/don't look forward to having to repeat that process for all those songs. Hopefully I won't have the same issue with songs downloaded from their Korean site.
I think you can use a component in foobar2000 called masstagger to run a script on a selection of files to grab certain data.
ie. if your file name is "T-ara.Cry Cry.mp3", it can grab the artist name and song name based on that and fill in the mp3 data for you. You will have to setup the script though

Both Carrot and Monmonsnow upload MC cuts. Usually.
Edit: Looked today and neither of them seemed to upload the MC cuts. Weird.

Yo Ruffian, gokai. You're not alone in watching eatyourkimchi. I've been following them for almost a year now. They do some great stuff, some very funny, some less. But first and foremost, they give some wonderful insight into Korean culture and everyday life (don't publicly mess with SuJu! >8[ ) which I love, being a poor person who never could visit Korea.
Also, I'm glad the discussion about the absence of discussion is over. This thread is the first thing I visit in the morning and it makes or breaks my day. May it never change.
edit no. 3: still don't like the chorus of "Be my baby". The verse is awesome, the rap is ... okay I guess. But yeah, the song works way better live than just audio imo.

It depends, they usually do cuts of Mucore, but not the other shows.
I will attempt to add in cuts for Inki in the future with them two on now, someone out there must upload it.

Similar to the start of season 1, people aren't comfortable with each other yet and noone has set any personas. (except that they pretty much made Sunny the sunbae straight away)
It will take a few episodes to really determine if its going to work out.
Amber was awkward turtle and Woori a nutter, so if you enjoy either of those things the first episode is at least worth a watch. Suzy wasn't even present for most of it due to schedule, they replaced her with a cardboard cutout.

Even if you think season 2 can't be as good, you should still give it a chance tbh. You just never know.
No Shinyoung is a real loss indeed but the rest are replacable imo.
