As for the contract terms, I think that they're being deliberately harsh because they're negotiating; start high and work your way down to get the best conditions possible. Also putting up with it is kind of ridiculous if what they say is true and dsp won't show them financials; they won't know how much revenue they're generating, and since their salaries are based on percentages they wouldn't know whether they were cheated or not. | ||
