Anyone wanna recommend me an anime? I've seen very little and only have two requirements.
1) no mech suit type things please.
2) something that either has a lot of episodes or is concluded (ie nothing that's ongoing with 5 episodes out so far)

I'm not a scifi fan. Haven't seen much anime horror, but based on japanese horror films i'd say that I wouldn't like that either, but I'll give monster a shot to see if i like it. I looked at that chart you posted... Seen berserk, neo genesis evengelion and ghost in a shell. I thought ghost was okish. berserk was pretty good and neo genesis was horrible. Oh and samurai champloo i managed to watch a few episodes, not a fan. I guess i like action or fantasy. or maybe a good drama. Pretty much gonna be hard to sell me on anything involving a spaceship^^ Comedy can be fun sometimes too, but more of a mix with action then usually. | ||

Edit: Or more precisely, the Mochiduki one is more in line with how that whole section of the VN goes, as there's a lot of such jokes to go around, while the Alice one is just Alice being Alice, as Ecael noted... | ||
