It will. You have to give torrents a bit of time so that the seed/leech ratio evens out. If you start downloading right as it comes out, there'll be like 1 seed and 2423492083429384 leeches. Lol.
Edit: Besides, even though this download will take about fifteen minutes, it's IS. I don't really care if it takes a while lol.

This IS episode reminds me that some people just can't sit in Seiza (apparently that's what it's called) or Zazan(?) whatever style it is that Asian(?) people most commonly do when sitting on floor (without regards to elders, etc).

+ Show Spoiler [IS 10] +So, I just went back and watched that (awesome) fight sequence that started the series. And guess what? Everyone had their personal ISes (including Houki), and they were fighting the White Knight IS that was mentioned in this episode. I KNEW that that thing looked familiar.
Anyway, fuck this show. I was watching it because it was funny, but now I can't take it anymore. If this was 24 eps, I'd drop it now. But I'll stick it out until the end since there's only 2 eps left.
They really expect me to believe that this 5 year old bunny girl created the IS? And now Houki has the most broken IS. The girl who just 2 eps ago was getting kicked like a dog, now makes it look like she is using a Gundam to destroy shitty, mass-production Mobile Suits. What the fuck.

Episode had not enough Germany to make it a good episode. Houki is annoying and I doubt that it will get better now that she has her 4th generation bullshit-IS.
Tabane is incredibly cute but horrible at the same time. No idea. It is pretty stupid that she is mainly a plot device, yet I laughed a few times already. Apparently she can summon as much stuff as she needs out of thin air. Pretty useful.

I don't think that Tabane herself is bad. She annoys me, but if she was just some regular character I'd be fine with her existence. But since she is supposed to be the goddamn IS inventor, I have a problem with her acting like a loli.
