Perfect Blue is the best "scary" anime I know of, but that's a movie. Other stuff you might like is Shiki (although it is painfully slow in the beginning) or Higurashi (though I wasn't a huge fan of it some people really like it). I've heard Ghost Hound is good, but I've never seen it. Monster is alright too, although it's more suspense than horror. | ||
