It's a thread tradition that new posters on this thread to watch it before asking for recommendations. Otherwise key amines are always reliable. Nah, it's not. So don't bother watching such a bad anime. its an excellent rom/com, its really cute with nothing shocking or unexpected, I don't see why you categorize it as "bad" Nope, it's just bad(a stupid ending doesn't make an anime any good) and I'm apparently not the only one who thinks that way:

I hope that SRW doesn't have any extremely broken units like Fire Emblem did (Ike). This talk about Fire Emblem is bringing back memories lol. I used to run a rather large Fire Emblem forum with Harem (the Banling).
Spazer, trying to beat that mission you are on and get the skill point was crazy. I mean, it wasn't even the Battleships that were the problem, it was the constant spam of reinforcements that would eventually get someone like Russel. But yeah, if you are afraid someone is going to die, and you can't allow that to happen, load them on the Hagane or Hiryu (whichever battleship you get on your Route).
Luckily, once you get halfway through the game, you won't have to worry about Gespenst anymore, for the most part.

Shiori is a top tier TWGOK girl as well. But I like Jun the most.

Russel, Rahda, and I guess Katina depending on what I put her in were almost ALWAYS the cause. Giado and Garnet were like that too, sorta. But I never used Giado because he is useless in every way, and keeping Garnet in a fighter at least let her dodge.

Dude in SRWOG2 one of the mission's battle points is to defeat the four Inspectors... using like, Lefina, Gilliam (Gespenst), Viletta (Huckebein-1), Ryune, and Ryoto, or something retarded like that.

Hahah, you're supposed to grind Lefina on almost all the enemies in like the 3 missions she appears in before that one to get SP Recov, then she can actually 100% them down slowly.

But I didn't hate her or anything.

I am more of a fan of rather dark Mangas but with likeable main characters and one guy said I should look into Wulf guy and it sounds potentially interesting so I'll start with that. If you have no problem with rather strong gore and like good stories you should definately try Deadman Wonderland. I only stumbled over it by chance and never really heard of it before but I could not stop after I started reading
