There is about 20 spring shows continuing to air. Only about 10 has ended. http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblog.php?topic_id=91423 http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblog.php?topic_id=91671 I made it for people unsure of what to follow, or watch as the season ended... It's still relatively accurate.

I dropped it so fast because it felt like another Ichigo 100% in terms of fanservice (and what do you know, I found out it was produced by the same director), and they just replaced this single person thing with a web of relationships. Granted, that might appeal to some, but I feel that the show lacks too much character development. Too many ministories scattered throughout for my taste. The fanservice is also a bit excessive, but it does get better in some episodes.

I do admit, the amount of fanservice is a bit excessive, though. It's especially creepy since most of the characters are 14-16... -_____-;;

That the characters are so young.

At least Hatsukoi has real fanservice (or actually, it's more like ecchi), which doesn't even bother me at all compared to the 'cute' little doll girls having fun and doing 'lol random' stuff with underlying fanservice, K-On! that is... I feel like Hatsukoi is a lot more honest with itself, sure, some arcs were a bit, 'uhh', especially the bigboobed swimming girl but overall it's relaxing and enjoyable. It doesn't try to make stupid jokes and shit to distract the viewer all the time. I do not either like slice of life / comedy / romance type of shows, but Hatsukoi did it pretty well in my opinion.

I hope it doesn't turn out like KuroKami the Animation because that also had a really good first episode but the rest was HORRIBLE. No idea about the anime, but the manga for kurokami is quite good. The general responses for the anime also seems to be pretty positive. CANAAN is so good though, I am so tempted to get the game now. About the fan service thing, it differs from person to person, I personally find eroge easier to deal with than some of the fan service heavy stuff nowadays.

They do, everything that says 11/12/13 episodes has ended... That is: Tayutama, Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica Crimson S, Eden of the East, Ristorante Paradiso, Sengoku Basara, Exile Generation, K-On!, Asura Cryin', Saki, Natsu no Arashi, Queen's Blade and Hatsukoi Limited... And like I said, I still agree with my impressions even after they finished airing... Also, Kurokami was not regarded good by ANYONE when it came to the anime. It was basically pure shit.

There she was just minding her own business and WAM. SHE GETS SMACKED BY A BUS. And it even shows her school gear and blood smeared across the pavement and you're like "ASDfjgiopjasdfojigas WTF". I don't know how the anime turned out after ep 1. Ep 1 seemed rather dull and that the male lead / surrounding characters wouldn't be so good. Maybe the main girl / story could save the series I don't know. ;p

CANAAN is riding off too high an expectation though since the game too was really well received. Hope it doesn't collapse under that, I like type-moon too much for it to be involved and fail at anything.

Canaan seemed like yet another shounen anime from the OP. Then I watched it... okay... it was better than I thought... Better than Needless at the least. Then I saw the foot/leg massage scene. ... Lol, no. At least the animation is crisp, and the storyline seems to be the standard shounen thing. Well, I can safely assume that Eden of the East is my one anime for this season. kona: As far as I know, there's 3 doing Needless. RAGE, L-I-F, and Himatsubushi
