I think Clannad and Kanon are both great, but fairly different. I'm not sure which one I like better, both have their own charm.

Tomoyo, Kyou were good Nagisa I liked, Kotomi was good Fuuko was meh, I like Yukine's path quite a bit, Sunohara siblings was pretty ok didn't think much of Komura's ending. Yoshino ending was pretty decent, Akio and Sanae's endings really was very good. in end I like Tomoyo and Kyou as heroines Nagisa's after story as Kanon,
I am not really the type to go for main characters in a VN

Personally, I quit watching Kannon after like, ep3 or something. I've never understood the attraction of those shows in the least. Maybe it's because I don't play the games, either.

I prefer darker stuff most of the time. I really need to get a list of everything I've seen going, but I'm bound to have forgotten watching a ton of stuff.

I'm up to episode 11 of LoGH, and I've watched the first KnK, and I'm liking both right now (though I know jack all about the type moon universe. I have seen FSN though.)
