It died. People became jaded from all the stupid power levels. In the end of DBZ the heroes were probably powerful enough to destroy planets with their attacks. DBZ GT was even worse, since SSJ4 fusion could probably implode the universe...
Besides that, there are some very critical people here in the ADT (anime discussion thread) on TL, that generally don't like those kind of anime like DBZ. Here, people are much more picky (and elitist ;D since we're TL afterall, hahahahah) about their plots, characters and such other things.
Hmm I'm about done with Fate's route in F/S N, and I'm debating if I should hold back, and post another massive post reviewing the whole VN, or should I post about my views as I go...

I loved Toradora!, but at first I was off put by how bright everything was and the way the animation/characters were put together. After I got over that I really enjoyed the entire series. Come post about it after you finish it
I honestly could not stop watching this until I have finished it! I love this Anime! 10/10 for sure .
One of the first Anime that I have seen that is just as good if not better than Clannad!
So glad I gave it a try.
I thought it was pretty predictable though. I forgave the predictability because I liked most of the characters (except for Minorin...she made absolutely no sense to me...and there was that student council president....urgghh).
I can't bring myself to rewatch episode 3 of Madoka. >< I'm going through the series again, but I just can't watch it. It makes me too sad. :'(

Yeah out of the Rom/Com/Drama animes I've watched, Toradora is definitely my favorite.

Jim Raynor is an ordinary marshal on planet Mar Sara. However, he is also known has an avid Zerg killer. One day, a Protoss named Zeratul arrives, showing Jim a vision of the future that shows a timeline where the Zerg leader dies and then everyone dies in an apocalypse. Can Jim suppress his Zerg killing instincts or will the universe suffer a mass extinction?

School Days' time is over. Instead, we need to get people to watch Madoka, saying that it's a girly, light-hearted comedy mahou shoujo, then we can laugh at their reactions to ep three.

Clannad and Kimi Ni Todoke take the cake in that department for me. Toradora! was really enjoyable though even though by the 2nd episode you pretty much knew how it would end. Still, the way the series went was enjoyable even if deep down you did know.
I really don't think Madoka even comes close to the surprise shock and awe factor of School Days. The show starts off with hints of dark. All the art and animations are slightly dark. So, once you get to EP 3 it was a bit off setting, but in reality I don't think it was that big of a shock.

I agree,it wasn't so much a shock, but disturbing. + Show Spoiler +
Also disappointing since Mami was awesome and my favorite character ;__;
This battle has been epic so far. And Mecklinger actually gets to fight! I can't even remember the last time that he was in the battle lol. I wonder what the Alliance guys will do now that the Imperial territory has no fleets in it. And hey, Murai got to not be useless for an episode.

Yeah, Mecklinger has been like the most neglected admiral. Other than meeting with Heinrich that one time, he's barely gotten any screentime.
That conversation was awesome yet sad at the same time. The narrator said that they still respect each other and stuff, but still.
I couldn't help but picture Reuental as Lelouch when he asked Mittermeyer to join him, but then I thought, "Reuental is a million times more cool and badass than Lelouch could ever be."
Does anyone else just want to go kick this in the face?

I caught on that she was the same age sorta soon. I mean, she totally acted like an immature kid, but it became apparent somewhat soon. All in all I didn't really care for Kanon all that much. Maybe it was because I had watched it right after I watched Clannad and having them both come from KEY I was like... this is no where near as engaging. It had it's moments though.
