Best anime ever.
I'm on episode 35. I don't want it to finish. I know how it ends pretty much, but can't bring myself to let this awesome anime series go out of my life. may go back and watch some episodes with L I dono, just not going to finish it.
Beautiful song from death note -
Even though probably everyone and their mom have seen "Death Note" by now.
I agree with you. It is still the best anime I've seen so far. Great character development, very clever plot and amazing script.
One of a kind anime. I hope we will see new animes at least close to the level of quality Death Note had.

Those 4 episodes were really good. On one side, we assist to the birth of the Iserlohn Republic Government. On the other side, the reorganization of the Galactic Empire into something much more stronger.
I have a theory Reinhard may be suffering of food poisoning. I think Emil is working for the terraists... My doubts mainly come from that scene where he was eating his soup, but was interrupted, and the narrator insisted on the fact that he didn't eat more. Also from the conversation with Rubinsky about that curse from the Archbishop. It would sucks if that's the case. Not really a great way to die and not really a great way to kill. In any case, just a stupid theory that will probably be wrong.
Lol 40 billions to 1 million people. They are completely outmacroed... It's not even a ninja expo either like Heinessen did.
So it was the last time Mittermeyer and Reuental saw each other... This is scaring me... What the hell is gonna happen...
Lots of good foreshadowing here. Just wait and see.
But anyway, I think you guys see my point now about how LOGH isn't sexist. Frederica is now the leader of the Iserlohn Republic, and is effectively the most important figure on the... "Alliance" side now, since it really isn't the Alliance anymore.
I forget, did Wahlen do anything at the big battle before Yang died?

because i did not like the ending at all, but besides that it was pretty good though, but there are definitely better ones imo. In terms of it being one of a kind, i cant help but think it is similar to Code Geass

Huh. So the Belka Ritter are made by the book, and Hayate is the only actual person. So I guess she does know about the magic.
Nanoha and Fate have the cartridge system now. Interesting. Signum's Schlange Form is pretty sweet too.
And now there is an enigmatic guy in a mask.
Next fight:
Nanoha: "I need to use the Excelion Mode!" Fate/Yuuno/anyone: "NO! IT'S NOT SAFE!" Nanoha: "There's no other way!" *uses Excelion Mode* *it backfires horribly*

The main idea behind both animes could be similar but in my opinion Death Note's script is wayyyyyy better.
could you tell me the animes you think are better ? I would love to see them.

Death Note is definitely similar to Code Geass, except imo they both find different ways to ruin their second half (Code Geass by being retarded, Death Note + Show Spoiler +
Mitsudomoe Zouryouchuu (2011) - Slice of Life, Comedy
Notable ones missing off the top of my head, that were good (or that i've heard was good) but i've never gotten around watching: gurren lagann, LoGH (im not sure i would like it though), Eve no Jikan
Sorta biased also since, some of them don't deserve to be up there like Minami-ke 2nd and 3rd season, but i liked season 1 soo much it blinded me to the less good of the sequels, and maybe the E7 movie. Code Geass 1 was good enough to let me put Code Geass 2 on it. And lucky star, was decent IIRC (but that was 4 years ago). But a lot of the older picks are very good imo. 2006 was the best year for anime IMO.
Clannad/Clannad:After Story are probably my tops right now. Everything about it is enjoyable. The characters, the comedy, the romance, and even the tragedy. Oh, and especially the dango song, obviously.
I never laughed so hard watching an anime to the point of crying, in the episode where he was into the mmo game and pictured himself 50years later still living with his parents.
