No clue what to expect from Banana Fish or Angolmois. I'll try Kyoto Teramachi Sanjou no Holmes but I have low expectations. My latest completed anime was Nobunaga Concerto. Going in, the animation was a bit rough. Rather, it was probably the CGI which stood out hardcore and reminded me of people in Knights of Sidonia. Regardless, I decided to keep watching and lo and behold, it ended up being a fun anime. Would've liked a part 2 because I liked the way things were progressing, but I'm not at a loss if they don't try for another season either. Would recommend this for anyone who wants a historical anime with a fun side to it. edit: I've started watching Toriko a while ago. I remember reading the manga almost a decade ago and getting to the mammoth arc, but I dropped it then since it got boring and frankly, I don't think a manga is a great medium for this kind of story since you need to see the food etc... in action! I'm enjoying it so far and would also recommend this for anyone who's into this kind of anime. | ||

I liked the ending, but good Lord the last few episodes have been so boring. Was it completely necessary to go all Gurren Laggan? Couldn't we have told the same story if it ended at Mars or like at the center of the earth or something? | ||

The new Cells at Work show is surprisingly good and might make a valid Saturday substitute for GGO and FranXX being finished. Seems like David Production has another good show on their hands. | ||

I watched the fgo stream live yesterday, realized how cancer of a game that is and went to bed. Today I looked up at what time the SAO event was and while Matsuoka + Kayanon was absolutely amazing (Lenn wasn't that bad either), the hosts were just so cringy again... At the end they showed bloopers from the english dub (I'd assume? the audio+video crashed so it started again out of nowhere with no explanation) with lines that had the english VAs (in-character) joking about doing it doggystyle once they get back, Asuna demanding a threesome from another girl etc... like... seriously? | ||
