+ Show Spoiler +There was a scene like that in the OG anime, but the big pacing difference is much of the Imperial side of the stuff hasn't been shown yet. They'll probably do that stuff after Iserlohn is captured.

We're finally finishing up. What a ride. + Show Spoiler +The whole Azami arc on the whole wasn't the best, but I do really like how they wrapped things up with the final Shokugeki. Really nice showing of the rebel team.

Azami has ruined the story since he was introduced, the sooner he's no longer a part of the story the better, maybe the manga can recover for 100+ chapters of shit when he's gone.
Before azami i'd rate the manga 8.5/10
After azami 4/10 at the highest

+ Show Spoiler +Yea it definitely wasn't but I enjoyed how the arc ended especially with best waifu and shitlord azami getting beat. I knew this was gonna happen but it's just such a feelsgoodman. Btw this was like a 130 chapter arc so more than half of the manga's whole lifetime :o. I wonder what's next, Mom arc? Like we literally know like nothing about souma's or erina's mom

The new OP was really good and foreshadowed a lot that's going to come to pass. Looks like the Nines and Papa aren't really the saviours they made themselves out to be. I'm pleased with this weeks Franxx episode.
