Also open for other recommendations if it's something remotely recent. What about Blood Lad? That's been on my to-watch list for a while Or GJ-bu... no idea what that is or when it ended on my list but I just saw it's Doga Kobo so there's that. Also So Ra No Wo To... I think I put that on the list because someone said it's full of either japanese-english or japanese-german but I don't remember which one | ||

Probably better off trying Kekkai Sensen, which was a bit similar with a more interesting world and less ridiculous jumps in tone, otherwise. edit:nm looked at your ptw list and used that+ Show Spoiler + Not sure what you're looking for some have some generic recommendations, for vaguely new. Kyousou Giga (TV) Uchouten Kazoku older R.O.D OVA Moyashimon other type moon stuff maybe? Some good stuff on your ptw ,but Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo? is the closest thing to ngnl I can think of so might as well suggest that one. Compatibility on mal seems to mostly be based off scores/difference of them for shared anime. | ||

TTGL update: At 5 episodes I still don't like the main characters. We have a retarded, loud guy with no brain, a whiny boy that has gotten better and Yoko aka fanservice - the character. I dunno why but the cast feels weak compared to Kill la Kill. Ep4 was terrible indeed. I was so bored, I put it in the backround somewhere down the line and I don't think I missed much. Even though I don't understand japanese, the sounds were all I needed to tell what was going on on the screen (is that a good thing?). The art and animation was so inconsistent that I surely didn't miss out on that one. | ||
