Cross Game, which was decent, albeit not much of a sports anime. Samurai 7, which had a great first half and an awful second half. Dennou Coil, which I dropped on ep 1 a very long time ago for some reason. I liked it too, so I have no idea why I did it. Throw Kizumonogatari and Kimi no na wa in there for good measure. And now I'm starting on Kemono no Souja Erin, which has been pretty enjoyable at 10/50 episodes. | ||

this season for me only jojo4 is delivering it. Was tempted to watch the new macross the other day because people are saying it picks up nicely after the first half cour...but meh, fuck that, if it made Macross F looks so good then i dont see a point to torture my eyes (and ears). | ||

The first half of Jojo's second cour was a little hit or miss, but it's hard to complain too much when they also did a great job with some of my favorite chapters + Show Spoiler + Namely Rohan and sniper rats I've never been too fond of the plot in Macross, but they generally nail the VFs and dogfights. Even the ugly CG in Macross Zero has some cool aspects to it, but Delta? Delta's got nothing there. | ||

I'm not too sure if I want to watch it though if the second half is terrible. Only watched Dennou Coil out of the bunch (quite recently as well) and though it was pretty good. Everything else seems to be on my ptw. I think Numy recommended me Cross Game once and said it's more of a good SoL than a sports anime? Anyways, thank you! | ||

I was kind of getting bored near the end but kotori's mom is a fun character and somewhat salvaged the last episode for me. What was bad about her work clothes though? Was it like a school uniform or something. but I'm not sure why a chef on TV would wear that. I don't remember variety shows making you wear a certain style of clothing either. I hear the manga is a lot different. Anyways, meh I guess Edit: wait those look like normal working clothes. There must be something I'm not getting here. Taboo tatoo Started dumb, ended dumb. I don't know how I should rate it since it just met my very low expectations for it. Also lol at USA chant at end. New Game Final episode was really boring. I can't really feel anything about the game's completion if the show doesn't really show me the struggles of making it. They should have just had kou and Rin marry each other instead. Ehh, it was ok I guess until they made nenecchi have a bigger role. | ||

Buying it is cheaper than buying the remaining 11 volumes that i'm missing, god fucking damnit. Definitely buying the limited edition, but now i need to decide what to do with the remaining volumes that i have in excess. | ||
