Afaik the manga hasn't ended yet either.

As much as I am enjoying this anime, sometimes I wish that Ayukawa would slap Kyouski though. I mean, at times he's so demanding and she's not really obligated to tell him anything because they are only friends yet she'll apologize or let him get away with a bit too much. Also, while quite common, it would be nice if MCs would stop over-exaggerating everything. Oh no, she went to the falls with Yuusaku, maybe she wants to do a double suicide omg -_- On February 20 2016 14:11 felisconcolori wrote: + Show Spoiler + If I were Itami, I would be very very careful to avoid being with Rory alone. She seemed quite annoyed. Also "You were insane, doesn't count" - if only that worked with some of my exes... Everything you say is quite true, however + Show Spoiler + you need to take into account the cultural differences as well. Poison as a political tool is something that the feudal empire seems quite comfortable with, as is sacrificing large numbers of troops in the belief that they can win. And quality > quantity, certainly, but quantity can have a quality all on its own - technologically inferior armies do have methods to fight effectively against modern arms. That's why the generals Zoldork spoke with clearly eschewed any kind of remotely straight on engagement. Because of their cultural differences and more likely their (to our eyes) amoral leadership, they can put up some resistance. While Pina is quite right in her knowledge that Japan could annihilate the Empire completely, and Japan has the advanced warfighting combined arms to do so, both don't catch on to the problem that Japan has - the same one that most countries currently have had post WWII. While they can fight an unrestricted or total war, they are loathe to do so (and I imagine generally pacifist Japan more so than most). Not unlike during the Korean War, when a general was relieved of command for suggesting atomic bombs to stop the war. There isn't an appetite for the kind of total, unrestricted warfare and potential for collateral (aka, noncombatant) casualties and devastation that results. At the moment, Japan is treating the Empire as another state - and there are rules for warfare. Not that the Empire knows or cares. As for the assassin, I'm guessing he failed to be good. It would've been easier to shoot from further away, but maybe he wanted to be sure that defensive magic wouldn't stop him? Anyways, the whole idea of technologically disparate societies meeting has been done ad nauseum in SciFi. (Hell, I can think of at least three different series by David Weber that address this kind of thing.) agree and + Show Spoiler + I gotta give credit to his generals. They seem to understand the situation well and came up with a way to handle a much stronger opponent in a head on battle. Really liked this gate episode this time. Between the short cliche speech at the beginning, this war bit and the mage fight, fun watch overall.

It started with many scenes that made me laugh and I already was cheering hard at the first point from Karasuno. The ending was really predictable though, and the way that guy was depicted makes it seem like he's some monster (running/jumping twice as fast and knocking his teamplayer out of the way), a little bit extreme but whatever that's anime.

I honestly thought that he'll break up with Hikaru by the end of it but at least Ayukawa finally knows about his paranormal powers and their feelings are out there. I would've liked to see more close scenes and would've loved if the anime had Ayukawa know about his powers several episodes before it ended. Mostly because it would've made it more interesting for me. I liked all the characters and enjoyed their interactions. I also liked how Ayukawa kinda opened up from episode 1 though it feels like they could've made the opening up more gradual because it felt like Kyouski was able to get away with a lot of things in the later chapters. Both her and Hikaru were great in how they reacted to the MC and both were cute in their own way. Overall, I enjoyed it but haven't decided if I'll be watching the followup movie or ova or whatever. Given, I would like more closure and it seems like Kimagure Orange☆Road: Ano Hi ni Kaeritai is the movie to watch for that. For anyone who's familiar with the manga, did the anime pretty much finish the whole manga off? Unlike Ranma which had some chapters left, from some quick browsing, it looks like the anime covered everything so are the movies some kind of fillers or are there manga chapters for them as well? On February 18 2016 12:39 Sentenal wrote: IMO we should stop talking about shitty anime like Phantom World and Konosuba. We should instead talk about great anime, like Gundam Build Fighters. Having just finished rewatching it, I think I can safely say that Gundam Build Fighters is one of the best anime ever. Is it better than whatever your favorite anime is? Unless your favorite anime is Legend of the Galactic Heroes, then yes, GBF is better. Every episode of GBF is great. Watching the show just overwhelms you with the love and care the creators had for the anime. But for all GBF's greatness, it did have one single flaw, and that is fucking Mihoshi. It sickens me to even type her name. You guys remember that one Date A Live psychopathic murderous bitch whose actions Bigfan approved of, or who Toad forgave because she was "hot"? Yeah, that topic of discussion resulted in like 3 or 4 pages of people rightfully hating on her, or apologist saying its okay to murder people if you are cute. Well, Mihoshi is worse. She is quiet possibly the most evil and despicable character ever featured in fiction. Its hard for me to even type out what she did without raging, but.... + Show Spoiler + Can you believe there is a character out there capable of such a thing? If only said character didn't exist. Or at least had her die alone in a gutter after having her life ruined and tossed aside like human filth. you certainly have a way with words rofl. I know, right, that Mihoshi: + Show Spoiler + how dare she! his gunpla! What an atrocious act! Worst anime character ever!

In volleyball you are more precitable if you are not a team player. Unpredictability in volleyball is generated by the whole team.

A four-ways battle! And it's guaranteed to start as they're already in the virtual world. Episode 67 was pretty good too. Basically imagine a setter setting the volleyball to a nearby spiker, and then another dude which doesn't seem like he could attack goes full rambo and attacks himself.
