wow, all that background info on caster and then we're going to see Berserker go up against the other servant. Finally, I get to gauge how strong he is lol. Have a feeling that Berserker (Hercules huh? lol) will fall here or barely survive with the help of Rin and Shiro. Wonder what Illya's story is and her connection with Shiro. | ||

You probably mean (spoilers), since you should know how beastly Berserker is already, right? This episode was interesting to me since it was almost entirely original material. I don't know that Caster's original master has ever gotten elaborated on like this before. Same with the following scene with Shinji dropping in, and the lead up to next episodes battle. Hell, even next episode should be a lot of original material if they do what I think they might. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + I don't think this is a bad adaption, and the author himself is helping them rewrite it to make it flow better for an anime format but a lot of my favourite scenes were altered or changed and that makes me a bit sad. Koneko getting angry/frustrated with Issei. The castle souvenir The mountain training and the results of it(Issei didn't change at all, in the novels he supposedly became noticeably more buff afterwards) And some other smaller things. But again, i think it's a fine adaption and the story is still the same and flows just as well and it's not because anything is really being left out that harms the story or characters. Just some of the small things that are lost in the text->animation format i guess Atleast Ravel appeared in all her greatness. Toooo cute. | ||

The newest servant's laid back and fearless attitude intrigues me. If my suspicions are right, he's probably the best (or tied for best) servant. Heck, he's going up against Berserker who's a beast on his own and not even sweating it (I'm bored and this will keep me entertained (or w/e he said)) so hope that I'm not let down lol. oh, I see. I found the events that took place till Caster met her newest master interesting as well. Guess we'll have to wait and see. One thing is for sure though, we're going to get one hell of a fight next episode! :D | ||
