i didn't really think on that way

My reason is actually much simpler for me why i don't like it. Chitoge, kosaki(good lord), gahara and Hanekawa looks severly- inferior to their non-bastardized version. lol

What she was incredible in Nise and cool in Hitagi End. Her 1 minute in Tsuki was adorable too.

edit: Nisekoi's cast members hardly have any depth to them. It's just a comedy manga so expecting them to be in the same bracket is rather silly.

Nope, Senjougahara was really just the same thing over and over again after S1.

I think saying she's better than the "entirety" of the Nisekoi cast is well over-exaggerating, but I'm also someone who thinks Monogatari is extremely overrated here (I loved S1, S2 was whatevers, and I have been unable to finish Monogatari S2 even after attempting to multiple times).

Not that I think Nisekoi's characters have a lot of depth to them or anything, but depth is not an end-all-be-all prerequisite. I'm sure you guys have noticed that Nisekoi is a lot less about plot and story than Monogatari. Trying to chalk it up to be something it isn't (like you guys always seem to do) is just the wrong way to go about it. A character can be amazing even if they are just there for comedy.

I originally wanted to read and watch nisekoi because it sounded like it could be fun from its synopsis. But in the end from what i saw from the outside and from what i heard from friends who read it, all i could really see it as was a fairly generic highschool harem.
Generic doesn't mean bad though i should add, it just didn't seem to in the end have anything that seperated it from the rest outside of maybe being overall better executed.

I should probably eventually give it an actual chance, but yeah.

I find it hard to believe you've watched what you claim to have since her character has changed quite drastically over the seasons. What do you mean by "she's the same" if she's had such a change? Most people have an issue which how much she's changed rather than her not changing at all. So I find it all a bit baffling.

I don't understand what kind of change you're seeing. Maybe her publicly displaying more affection towards Araragi? But that hardly budges her character.

Just like Chitoge is a violent tsundere trope, Senjougahara falls heavily into her own (extreme kuudere) and has never broken from it.

I think the "change" you guys are purporting is from really early on before she had her issues "resolved," but since the end of S1 she has been the same dry kuudere and everything she does and says is 100% expected.

Oh wait, she did cut her hair. That was a huge change!
